Delivery
As the majority of the products displayed on the website are handmade in the studio, lead times for production and delivery can differ depending on the product(s) ordered. Product(s) that are created on a ‘made to order’ basis will have a 7-14 working days (1-2 weeks) manufacturing and dispatch timescale - this will be outlined in their product descriptions. Product(s) that are currently in stock on the website will aim to be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once you have received a dispatch email for your order, please allow up to 5-7 working days for UK orders to be received. Delivery charges are calculated by the weight and size of product(s) ordered. Costs are calculated and displayed at checkout stage.
If you have any questions, delivery requirements or have a specific deadline you need to receive the products by, please send us an email before submitting your order at info@elliedavisonarcher.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for a failed delivery if an incorrect address has inputted on your order. If you notice any mistakes, please get in touch with us immediately via email quoting your order number and any amendments that need to be made. Providing your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
Returns
We hope you very pleased with your order as we take great care in producing and packaging your handmade products. However, in the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do let us know via email (info@elliedavisonarcher.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving your order. Once an email acknowledgment has been received, you will then have a further 14 days to return the product(s) in their original condition back to our studio address: Studio 6C, The Old Bath House, North Broomhill, Northumberland, NE65 9UJ.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are non refundable and we can not be held responsible for any returns that do not make it back to our studio. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs on returning the product(s) back to us. These shipping costs are non refundable but we do recommend using a trackable shipping service or take out relevant shipping insurance where possible. Product(s) will be refunded within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned order providing the product(s) are in their original condition, have not been used and they have been well packaged to ensure the product(s) arrive back to us safely and undamaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us ASAP via email at info@elliedavisonarcher.co.uk. It would be really helpful if you could provide us with any photographs that show the extent of the damage for insurance purposes. We endeavour to get any damaged order either refunded or a replacement product(s) sent out as soon as possible.
